Last night, I called an Oregon voter named Steven.
When I told him that Jamie McLeod Skinner, a top progressive congressional
candidate, opposes corruption and fights for working people, he said,
"That's not what I hear Democrats talking about."
Oh no! Then we talked, and he agreed with many of Jamie's positions like
fighting Big Pharma and bringing down prescription prices.
This conversation with Steven was a reminder of why contacting voters in
the final few days really matters. Tomorrow, many races will be decided by
just a few votes.
