Dear John,
In these last few hours as 2019 draws to a close and 2020 approaches, I wanted to reach out one more time to our faithful supporters.
There are challenges ahead, and the protection of religious liberty is at the forefront of Family Research Council's mission.
The radical Left's unrelenting assault on wedding vendors, business owners, teachers, students, athletes, and many others is proof that we must stand united in defending our most cherished freedom: the right to live our lives according to our faith; both in private and in public.
Under the Trump administration, religious freedom has been a priority in our nation and abroad. In fact, it's one of the main reasons why the Left has pursued the recent partisan impeachment procedures -- they will stop at nothing to halt the advancement of his pro-faith, pro-freedom agenda.
As President Ronald Reagan wisely warned, "freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction."
What we do today to protect America's freedom determines the future for our children and grandchildren.
Your year-end gift is critical to protecting religious liberty. Will you help us end 2019 strong and accomplish even more in 2020?
Every tax-deductible donation will be doubled -- dollar for dollar -- thanks to a generous Matching Challenge Grant of $1.5 million.
But we are just hours away from the midnight deadline -- so please respond right away.

President Trump's keynote speech at FRC's Faith, Family & Freedom Gala at the 2019 Values Voter Summit highlighted ongoing threats to religious freedom: "On every front, the ultra-Left is waging war on the values shared by everyone in this room," Trump warned. "They are trying to silence and punish the speech of Christians and religious believers of all faiths."
The president continued, "But despite the delusions of the radical Left, all of us here today know that our rights come from God Almighty, and they can never be taken away. Together, we will protect those God-given rights for our children, our children's children, and generations of Americans to come."
Scripture makes very clear we are not to hide our faith (Matt. 5:15-16), in fact, everything we do, should be done to glorify God (1 Cor. 10:31).
Your financial generosity helps us preserve and defend religious freedom for the security and stability of our nation, as well as for the freedom to teach biblical truth to future generations.
From all of us at FRC, thank you for standing with us and a very Happy New Year to you and yours!
