Below are some important details on how to cast your vote in Sacramento County:
- Vote by mail ballots can only be accepted if it is postmarked on or before Election Day and received by the Sacramento County Voter Registration and Elections Department within 7 days after Election Day.
- Vote centers and secure ballot drop boxes are now open across Sacramento County. Click here to find your closest ballot drop box or Vote Center.
- Vote centers are open on Election Day from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. As long as you are in line by 8:00 PM, you will be able to vote.
