In a moment, I’m going to ask you to make your first donation to this campaign -- but first I want to explain why this moment is so urgent.

11:59 PM ET is our final deadline of 2019, and it’s an end-of-quarter FEC deadline.  That means our numbers will go public for every other campaign, every media organization, and every voter to see.

And, given the lack of polls, fundraising will be one of the key factors for everyone to know which campaigns are contenders.

This is the final time tonight I will make this personal ask of you: Can you make a contribution of $10 or as much as you can so we can hit this goal, put up the biggest number possible after midnight, and show everyone the passion we’re all fighting with?

Every dollar you give goes directly into programs that help build this movement to compete in every early state, bring our message to a national audience, and help me travel across the country to talk to voters.

I’m so proud of what we’re fighting for together, Yang Gang.  And how we’re doing it -- not with big checks from wealthy donors, but with grassroots contributions and people giving it all they can.
