I have a big election security victory to share with you…
America First Legal reached a victorious resolution in a lawsuit against the Chester County Pennsylvania Board of Elections [[link removed]] regarding the county’s patently illegal use of unsecure ballot drop boxes. As a direct result of AFL’s suit, Chester County has agreed to implement perhaps the most stringent ballot drop box security measures in Pennsylvania.
You may recall our lawsuit was first filed [[link removed]] after America First Legal discovered ballot drop box security camera footage that exposed a shocking and brazen breach of the Election Code: over 330 individuals depositing void, invalid, or multiple ballots at once in Pennsylvania!
But now, due to our lawsuit, anyone dropping multiple ballots off into a drop box will be flagged by a ballot drop box monitor who must report any incidents to authorities immediately. Local detectives must then conduct an investigation.
The Chester County Pennsylvania Board of Elections also confirmed that it had sent the images of the over 300 individuals pictured depositing multiple ballots in the May 2022 primary election to the District Attorney’s office for further investigation. We will monitor this closely.
