Hi John,
Tomorrow, Tuesday, Nov. 8 is Election Day. When we come together and collectively use our voices to vote, we can have an impact on our future.
Voters have told us what they care about: climate change, housing insecurity, rising prices, protection of the waters, education, and more. Your vote matters – speak up for the issues you care about and make sure your children and future generations have a healthy sustainable place to live.
Voting is easy. You can vote tomorrow from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., but make sure you have a plan to vote. Check your polling location here and bring a photo ID with you. |
Here’s the voting information you need: -
First, check to see if you’re registered to vote here. If you’re not registered, you can register in-person when you vote. Just make sure you have a proof of residence document for your registration and a valid photo ID to vote (this can be a Wisconsin driver's license, tribal ID, or other state ID).
- Know what’s on your ballot. You can find a sample ballot on MyVote here.
-
If you haven’t yet returned your absentee ballot, you should plan to drop it off in-person or vote in-person at your polling location. If you would like to drop off your absentee ballot in-person, you should contact your clerk to find out where you can return your absentee ballot. Contact your clerk if you have more questions.
- When voting in-person on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 8, make sure you bring a valid photo ID and know where your polling place is (your polling location may have changed this year). All polling locations are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
