Welcome to Monday, November 7th, ballots and polls...

Voter and election fraud are still prevalent in this election, even though they are both extremely rare.

Voter fraud is an illegal act committed by a voter during an election, by duplicate voting, false registration, fraudulent use of absentee ballots, ineligible voting, or voter impersonation. Election fraud is committed by candidates, party officials, or election workers, and can include providing improper assistance at polling places or vote buying.

Research shows that fraud is extremely rare, voter impersonation is virtually nonexistent, and most cases of alleged fraud are actually due to voter error rather than malicious intent.
