State Loan and Investment Board Special Meeting

Notice: Change to the State Loan and Investment Board Special Meeting for Health and Human Services Grant Applications

The State Loan and Investment Board (SLIB) hereby notices a change in the agenda for the Special Meeting scheduled for November 9, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. SLIB will not be awarding HHS grant funding at this meeting. The November 9th?meeting will be a special ?working session? to discuss general program concerns and objectives. No action will be taken at the November 9th?meeting. SLIB will consider HHS ARPA grant applications at a special meeting scheduled for November 16th.

The meeting will convene in the Capitol Complex Auditorium, and via web conference, and is open to the public. If you have business before the Board or wish to provide comment on any matter at the meeting and cannot attend in person, please register for the meeting?here.?Additionally, the meeting will be live-streamed at lands.wyo.gov for the public to view.

Interested parties and applicants can find the status of each HHS ARPA project application on the November 9th agenda. The projects are divided into 4 different categories as of November 4th:

  1. Applications ready for board consideration
  2. Applications still under eligibility review
  3. Incomplete applications
  4. Summary rejected applications

OSLI staff is dedicated to working with applicants still under review to ensure SLIB receives the strongest possible applications for consideration at the November 16, 2022 meeting.
