John,
I know it’s early, but I just got off the phone with Berrett, our finance director. He gave me an update on our progress heading into tonight’s final budget goal of this election. I'll share it with you in a moment. But first, I want to explain why this deadline is so critical.
We always knew this race would be tough. Republicans are spending $5 million attacking our campaign, and a recent public poll from the Trafalgar Group shows us trailing Scott Jensen and Matt Birk.
But it's become increasingly clear that we will have to power one of the most impactful Get Out The Vote operations in state history over these last 48 hours to pull out a win.
These final funds will ensure that we have all of the campaign literature, door knocking packets, clipboards, pens, water, and more for our volunteers as they go across the state spreading our message.
In other other words, this is a make-or-break moment, and as of this morning, we still need to raise $42,351 before midnight to reach our goal.
John, we’ve come WAY too far just to let the Minnesota Republicans drag us back to Donald Trump’s brand of fact-free politics of fear and division now. If you can, make a donation that works for you by 11:59 pm so we can continue building a brighter future for our state. We can’t do this without you.
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
Miigwech. Thank you.
