Friend, this is it.


It’s our last email of the decade, and our most important deadline of the year. It’s going to be a late night, and not just because it’s New Year’s Eve. I’ll be refreshing the numbers all night – and from what I can see right now, huge numbers of Canadians are chipping in tonight to make sure we hit this goal!

I’m blown away by all of your hope and hard work over the past decade. Together, you’ve built the most open and inclusive movement in Canadian politics – and showed what’s possible when Canadians come together to help build a better future. But there’s much more work ahead to continue building on the progress we’re making together.


A new decade and the start of a new mandate brings the opportunity to keep moving forward with our plan to invest in the middle class, grow the economy, keep Canadians safe and healthy, fight climate change, and so much more – but all of these crucial priorities are at stake without you, friend.

Dedicated supporters like you make all of of our progress possible, and your support is reflected in every successful campaign we can build, and every Canadian whose life that our Liberal government can help make better. Together, hundreds of thousands of us make up Canada’s Liberal movement, and tonight we need to reach our party’s crucial $1 million end-of-decade online fundraising goal to ensure we start 2020 strong.

As of right now, 6,901 Canadians have already chipped in to help us get there. This year, we’ve consistently beat new grassroots fundraising records with your support, and we’ve seen what we can accomplish for Canadians when we work together. I know what this team capable of, but I’m worried that without you, we might not reach our goal.
