I'm thrilled to announce that next Thursday, I'll be hosting a conversation with climate champions Bill McKibben, Donnel Baird, and Dr. Leah Stokes about midterm election results and what comes next for our movement.

Nothing about these midterms is certain, but we do know one thing for sure: No matter the result, the climate crisis is here. Our movement must keep advocating for equitable solutions that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and build a thriving future.

That's why this conversation, two days after the midterms, is so important.

We'll discuss what the results of the election mean for climate action in the U.S., and outline the key pathways for impact for the climate movement between now and 2024 (including state-based action, executive action by the Biden administration, and ways to ensure that the funds in the Inflation Reduction Act are well spent).
