Friend,

As the countdown to the New Year begins, I just wanted to pass along this brief end-of-year note from Ted. And since I know we’re all gearing up for this evening’s festivities, I’ll keep my message short as well:

At midnight tonight, we’ll be closing the books on fundraising for the year, and with just seven hours to go, we’re still $2,903 short of where we absolutely need to be. We can’t afford to leave anything on the table: Once the clock strikes midnight, our fundraising numbers are locked in for good. So will you rush in a donation of $500, $250, or $100 and get us one step closer to our goal? <[link removed]>

Best,

Friend,

I’ve never been one for New Year’s resolutions, but I can tell you that we all have a responsibility to participate more actively in our democracy in 2020. And whatever form that takes -- whether it’s voting, organizing, volunteering, or getting more involved locally -- you can start today, right now, by supporting my fight in Congress. <[link removed]>

You’ve helped us hit every single fundraising goal we’ve set this year, but we can’t afford to fall short now. So will you stand with me one last time in 2019 by rushing in a donation before midnight so we can hit our goal? <[link removed]>

Thank you and Happy New Year!
Ted
