Nearly two years ago, my husband Joe led us on a journey towards healing our country. Since then, he’s delivered results again and again. Together, we’ve been able to pass historic legislation that has benefited millions of Americans. I’m so incredibly proud.
In order to keep building on our progress, we must first protect our democracy from unprecedented attacks. And that starts with electing Democratic Secretaries of State who will protect the integrity of our elections.
Across the nation, voters are casting their ballots for Secretary of State, the top official in charge of election laws. Secretaries of State make decisions about when, where, and how folks vote — and they’re responsible for certifying the election results.
John: the polls are tight in swing states like Arizona and Nevada, and Republicans who denied the legitimacy of the last election have a real shot at winning next Tuesday. We can’t let that happen.
My friends at the Democratic Association of Secretaries of State are working around the clock to get out the vote and elect pro-democracy candidates this Tuesday. With their help, we can fend off attacks on our democracy, but these efforts take massive financial resources.
