Friends,
We are down to the wire and time is running out. This is your last shot to vote. Go out and do it. Drop your ballot off at your local dropbox or clerk’s office or head to the polls on November 8 and cast your vote in person.
Take 5 of your friends and family along with you and make sure everyone you know casts a vote this year. I’ve said before and I will say it again, our lives and the lives of our children and grandchildren are on the ballot this year. It is not just our lives on the line, democracy is also on the ballot. This election will shape the future of Michigan for generations to come. We cannot afford to sit it out.
You can find your polling location [[link removed]] here.
If you have questions [[link removed]] , please reach out to the Michigan Democratic Party.
Do you want to see what your ballot looks like, please visit the tool on our website [[link removed]] that will give you the entire slate of Democratic candidates across the state.
As a reminder you can still register to vote and vote at your clerk’s office until 8pm on November 8. You CANNOT register to vote at your polling location, you must go to your clerk’s office [[link removed]] .
To quote Obama, they cannot hear you boo, but they can hear you vote. Take advantage of this incredible opportunity that not everyone in the world gets to do and vote.

You’ve heard it said but it bears repeating….
Election Day is Tuesday, November 8!

Make sure you have a plan to VOTE!

To ensure every eligible voter can cast a ballot that counts, the MDP Voter Protection team has put together an election checklist. Make sure yours has check marks all the way down!

To ensure every eligible voter can cast a ballot that counts, the MDP Voter Protection team has put together an election checklist. Make sure yours has check marks all the way down!

Return your ballot in person, either by walking it into your city or township clerk’s office or dropping it in a secure drop box (most open 24/7). Do not put it in the mail—it will not arrive on time!

All ballots must be received—not just postmarked--in the city or township clerk’s office or in one of their dropboxes by 8:00 PM on Election Day November 8.

Register if you’re not already. There’s still time! All eligible citizens can register to vote through 8:00 pm on November 8 at their city or township clerk’s office-- but only in-person; online and mail registration is now closed.

Proof of residency is required to register now. See a list of acceptable documents at MichiganDems.com/vote/#residency

Know where your polling place is! If you’re voting on Election Day, it’s never a bad idea to double-check. Find yours at Michigan.gov/vote
