With the help of grassroots supporters like you, DFA members have been killing it all year in our GOTV efforts.

For the general election alone, we’ve worked together to mail out 200,000 handwritten postcards, make 1,000 phone calls, and send 120,000 texts. That’s on top of countless knocked doors and seemingly endless Zoom meetings to coordinate our plans.

What makes our TOTV program unique is that by being able to coordinate directly with our candidates and their staff, we don’t duplicate any work, reaching unique voters that increase the breadth of our collective impact with every text we send.

Your contributions to the program fund voter contact and help us get infrequent voters and the newly registered out to vote.

The more texts we send, the more voters we reach, and since we spend dynamically based on the needs of each specific campaign we are able to make a real difference, even in the last few days of the cycle.

We know that the conversations our volunteers have with voters make a big impact, especially when we are laser-focused on speaking to folks that haven’t voted in every election and may need direct contact or specific information to head to the polls.

These are the voters the polls don’t reach and turning them out means building a winning campaign that seems improbable to people who aren’t during the work, on the ground and behind the scenes.
