We are just 2 DAYS away from the election. Make sure to cast your ballot and make your voice heard in our democratic process!
This campaign has been different for me compared to my race for Congress. For the first time, I am running in a race people think I can actually win!
Since I wasn’t facing as big of an uphill battle this election, I tried to do my best to help other candidates in Iowa.
My campaign has helped raise much needed campaign funds for Deidre DeJear's run for governor and for Attorney General Tom Miller’s reelection.
I’ve also been laser focused on helping down ballot races, especially in my community of Western Iowa.
From county supervisor seats to state legislature seats, these elections are often overlooked and underfunded. So, in helping smaller, scrappier campaigns with fundraising and getting the word out to Iowa voters, we can have a bigger impact than we often realize.
After all, all politics is local!
My campaign has also been hard at work making phone calls and knocking on doors. We’ve knocked on more than 5,000 doors and made hundreds of phone calls to voters in Western Iowa. Getting out the vote is the most effective way to help a campaign win.
So, if you haven’t yet dropped your ballot yet, make a plan to do so. We have the power to change our communities for the better, let’s do this!
