I wanted to get as early of a start on the day as possible. We have a lot of ground to cover, and not a lot of time.

While I'm out meeting voters, I want to remind everyone who I am and why I’m fighting so hard for Alabama.

I’ve been working hard for over a decade in Congress to make sure our rights are secure. My district has felt the brunt of injustice and voter suppression, and I’m doing everything I can to make sure we’re headed forward, not back.

But in order to keep pushing ahead, I have to have you behind me, folks.
