RACE RATING CHANGE IN IA-03

Iowa’s 3rd Congressional District is COMPETITIVE. In 2018, Democrat Cindy Axne flipped the seat blue by just 2.2 points. In 2020, she barely held onto her seat, winning by just 1.4 points.
