There are just days to go until the polls close and we determine who controls the House and Senate — and my friend Summer Lee is facing a serious fight. I'll explain why, but if you're already on board, please rush a split contribution between our campaigns so we can help her win.
Summer is running in Pennsylvania's 12th District to fight for the same progressive priorities we hold here on Team Bowman.
But many parts of the Democratic party were late to the game in sending support to Summer, while super PACs and Republicans have been pouring millions of dollars into a campaign to defeat her.
Even worse still, her Republican opponent has the same name as the former Democratic Congressman, Mike Doyle, that Summer is running to succeed in Congress. Her opponent is even running misleading mailers that make it seem like he's the incumbent, sowing confusion in the district and making the outcome of this race up for grabs.
With your help, Summer will be the latest member of the Squad to join us in the House of Representatives. I know we can do this!
