Hey there, Matt here, Dr. Kermit’s finance director.

Since your grassroots donations are funding this campaign, we think you deserve to know how we’re using your dollars.

Here’s what we’ve spent the most on this month:

Staff: we have organizers in every corner of our 630-mile-long launching volunteer events daily. We’re running the strongest ground game in the state thanks to your support.

Volunteer supplies: we have over 1,000 volunteers knocking doors to get out the vote, and we constantly have to order more fliers, pens, clipboards, and yard signs.

Advertising: we’re on TV, digital, and in mailboxes, trying to reach voters wherever they are.

We’re running neck-and-neck with our opponent, but we weren’t expecting a conservative SuperPAC to start running attack ads against us on broadcast. It’s clear they’re worried we can flip this seat blue.

Unfortunately, we aren’t on broadcast, which means they may be reaching voters that we aren’t.

We have budgeted so precisely that we don’t have any extra to spend right now — we’re going to have to increase our budget TODAY. Can you chip in even just $5 to help us increase our advertising buy and reach more voters in the final 3 days of this race?

Every second, and every dollar, counts in a race this close.

In gratitude,

Matt Ducey
