You know it and we know it, there is no shortage of far-right Republicans who will attack and cast doubt on our democracy if control of the House or Senate is on the line.

Al Gore? He bowed out gracefully — presiding over the Senate to do it.

Today’s Republicans — they will wipe their feet on the Constitution while storming some vote counting center if it helped them cast doubt on a single Senate race.

So we’re getting ready. Because when it comes to it, it’s the voices of those who fought to protect our democracy abroad who will be able to cut through the chaos to defend it at home.

But we can’t do it alone:
