Things I Do To Help My Teens Get Through The Short Days Of Winter
 
The clocks fall back this weekend, and you know what that means: short days and long, dark nights. It doesn’t affect everybody, but Seasonal Affective Disorder is serious. Katie Bingham-Smith knows all about getting through this time of year, as she’s a Mainer: “We all struggle with the seasonal blues. I experienced it as a child, and I had no idea what it was. I had less energy and couldn’t socialize as much as usual because I got so moody.”
