The national generic ballot average shows Republicans with a slight edge over Democrats -- and when we say slight, we mean it. There’s less than a one-point margin!
The landscape is particularly tough here in New Jersey. After the Republican candidate for governor won all five of our state’s most competitive districts -- including NJ-11 -- Vanity Fair said our district is “the kind of place where an incumbent Democrat… should be plenty nervous.” And Larry Sabato's Crystal Ball just shifted our race rating, making it more competitive.
If we’re going to win this incredibly competitive race on Tuesday, we need the resources to run a strong campaign all the way through polls closing on election night. Your generous contributions help us do that.
Thanks,
Team Mikie
