ABOUT: Keith Swank is a U.S. Army Airborne Infantry Veteran and Seattle Police Captain known for his expertise as a national law enforcement instructor for crisis intervention and de-escalation. He served as Night Duty Commander and Commander of the Metro Special Response Section (SWAT Team, Harbor Patrol, Canine Unit and Arson/Bomb Squad).
