I wanted to share with you a headline from the tossup Senate race between Democrat Tim Ryan and Republican JD Vance in Ohio that really set me off:

I don’t usually write emails like this, but it really got to me.

Listen Destiny, we can win the Senate race in Ohio. But often the prognosticators and political handicappers in DC are slow to catch on.

And in this case, it means that the party isn’t buying TV and radio ads, doing digital work and sending snail mail like it is in other races. And Tim is left to win by himself.

That’s a real shame. Because Tim is exactly the type of Democrat we need to win—and can win—in Ohio. He’s a college football star (no seriously look it up), he speaks about the real needs of the working class, and is the biggest “Make It in America” cheerleader I know.

Tim also knows how to call out the absolute BS of Republicans better than any other candidate I know. As Tim so eloquently put it, Ohio doesn’t need an ass-kisser. (His words, not mine!)

Now, imagine Tim in the Senate. Yeah, that's what I'm thinking, too.

The final few days are going to be make-or-break for Tim Ryan, and our chances at holding onto the Senate. And to be honest, Tim could really use your help to win. Even if some national Democrats aren’t paying attention to his race.
