We are only four days away from the midterm election. Food & Water Action has been organizing for nearly a year to defend and expand the progressive majority by electing candidates that will fight for safe food, clean water, and a livable climate for all. I am both nervous and anxious about the results. And I know you feel it too.

Congress is currently divided by narrow margins and polling shows tight races all across the country. Voter turnout is critical. If Republicans take back Congress, they will attack any progress we’ve made in the past two years. They’d rather listen to greedy CEOs than protect the people they represent.

Food & Water Action is canvassing in states like Pennsylvania and Iowa and phone banking to get voters to the polls to take on fossil fuel corporations, agribusiness giants, and water privatizers on November 8th. We’ve already made over 175,000 calls, knocked on over 20,000 doors, and spoken with over 6,000 voters, but there is still more to do. We need your support to get over the finish line.
