As the founder and former director of the Center for Changing Lives, chair of the executive board for the Latin United Community Housing Association (LUCHA) and the Logan Square Neighborhood Association (LSNA), Delia has worked for solutions to many complex problems such as affordable housing, education, and criminal justice.
In 2018, Delia ran for and was elected to the House of Representatives in Illinois' 4th District.
