*Governor Parson Announces?Three Judicial Appointments*

*(JEFFERSON CITY, MO) *??Today, Governor Mike Parson announced three judicial appointments. Appointments were made to the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District and the 17th and 23rd Judicial Circuits.

*Ms. Ginger Gooch*, of Springfield, was appointed to the *Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District*.

Ms. Gooch is currently a partner at Husch Blackwell LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and philosophy, law, and rhetoric from Stephens College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri?Columbia. She will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable William W. Francis Jr.

The* Honorable Stacey Lett*, of Belton, will be appointed as *Circuit Judge* for the* 17th Judicial Circuit*.?

Judge Lett currently serves as an Associate Circuit Judge for Cass County in the 17th Judicial Circuit. She holds a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from the University of Central Missouri and a Juris Doctor from Creighton University. She will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable William B. Collins.

*Mr. Travis Partney*, of Imperial, was appointed as *Circuit Judge* for the *23rd Judicial Circuit*.

Mr. Partney is currently the first assistant prosecuting attorney for the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney?s Office. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and communications from Southeast Missouri State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri?Columbia. He will fill the vacancy created by the resignation of the Honorable Dianna L. Bartels.
