Marco Rubio has spent $15.7 MILLION on TV ads this year alone – and he's outspending me in key areas of Florida. Rubio knows that blanketing Florida's airwaves with ads is his only chance to stop me. But with Senate control on the line, we simply cannot defeat him if we miss this goal.
