As of today, we’ve tracked 170 lawsuits filed in 2022 across 35 states. 102 of these lawsuits are currently active and ongoing. Of the lawsuits, three are likely to have important rulings before Election Day. (That number is down from seven yesterday, as four outstanding cases had updates today. A judge approved an agreement between CASA, a nonprofit civil rights organization focused on Pennsylvania’s immigrant and Latino communities, and the board of elections in York County, Pennsylvania to expand Spanish-language election materials and assistance for the midterm elections.
