If you’ve been reading our newsletters, then you probably already know we’ve been amping up our efforts to guide our students beyond their degrees and into the world of work. Fulfillment Fund is reimagining the way we and our students think about college and what comes next. It’s not just about education; it’s about what that education unlocks.

As early as high school, we engage students in learning and thinking about different career paths they can embark on. Our goal is to get students exposure to and experience with potential careers so that as they pursue their college goals, they do so in line with their larger life and career goals. And, together with our strong community of partners and supporters, we help them build networks that allow them to have wider access to opportunity, and ultimately economic mobility.

Hey, It's Tonight!

Tonight is Career Expo, a virtual event that helps college students and alums navigate the post-graduation job market. We will also host a special Open House to give a behind-the-scenes look at how we partner with our students to get them ready for their careers. Yair submitted his Cal State University applications with his Fulfillment Fund College Counselor, Ms. Connie. He applied to pursue a degree in business and music. Yair is already college-bound as far as we're concerned. A Multiplying Effect

Growing up in a low-income neighborhood in Los Angeles, Andy, the son of Salvadorean immigrants, became a first-generation student and is now a Georgetown grad. “There’s still going to be kids like me with so much potential but feeling trapped in the system.” Andy has returned to his community and is paying it forward to students just like him.
