Hi folks, it's Sen. Sherrod Brown.
I'll be upfront with you, no tricks or gimmicks — in a moment, I'm going to ask you to dig deep and contribute $3 to Greg Landsman in the must-win OH-01 district. (If you're ready to help immediately, you can click on that link to chip in!) Just, please, give me the courtesy to explain to you why it's so important right now.
This is one of the most competitive races in the country and will determine the House Majority. But more than that, this election is about the character of who we're electing. So let me tell you about Greg.
— Greg is a Cincinnati City Councilman, a former public school teacher, and a father and husband.
— He ran a non-profit for education advocacy, and worked with Governor Strickland to help faith-based groups provide food programs.
— As a City Councilman, he led the effort to provide two years of quality preschool to Cincinnati families.
— Greg believes that our elected officials must work for working families, not the mega-wealthy and elite. In fact, he established Cincinnati City Hall’s first ever Office of Ethics and Good Government to hold elected officials accountable.
Plainly put, Greg is a good man. He cares deeply about Ohioans and has proved it over and over by helping working families. He has compassion, and is honest — two traits that are all too rare with elected officials these days.
So now, I need you to chip in to send Greg to Congress. I wouldn't be asking if there was any other way. Greg is up against mountains of GOP dark money and outrageous attack ads that outright lie about his character and stances. These vicious GOP ads could sway voters in these final days if we don't fight back — and fight back HARD. Your donation directly impacts Greg's ability to communicate with voters. So please, dig deep and give what you can immediately.
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
I appreciate your time, and your generosity to help elect Greg Landsman.
Thank you,
Sherrod Brown
United States Senator, Ohio
