Right now, Kevin McCarthy, his super PAC, and the National Republican Congressional Committee are spending millions of dollars running round-the-clock attack ads against me. That’s in addition to the deceptive, red-baiting ads coming from Michelle Steel herself.
It's really a shame that our campaign laws allow groups to run outright lies on the airwaves, but I don't believe TV ads alone are going to win this race. That’s why we're focusing on what we can control -- correcting the record, turning out our supporters, and focusing on the actual issues.
