JOHN, Republican-led efforts to intimidate voters are occurring across the country.
In some states and congressional districts where the GOP stands a chance of losing close races, so-called ‘election security’ groups plan to gather to intimidate voters under the guise of monitoring the vote. Given the closeness of Max’s race, we have to be prepared for any foul play from the Republican Party come election day.
Will you chip in to our team’s Voter Protection Fund so Max’s team can continue to turnout and inform voters of their rights ahead of and on Election Day? [[link removed]]

Voter intimidation tactics from Republican-aligned groups are happening all over, JOHN. Just last week, a judge in Arizona ruled that far-right groups may stake out ballot drop boxes in their state.
We cannot risk any level of intimidation happening here in NY-11.
We know that the Republican Party is on-edge given how close this race is between Max Rose and his radical opponent, Nicole Malliotakis. A recent poll shows that Max is now within striking distance of Nicole’s campaign, making this race all the more competitive.
It’s too risky to leave the rights of voters up to chance. That’s why Max Rose’s campaign is doing all we can to inform voters of their rights and provide them with accurate information on everything they need to vote on Election Day.
We need your support to ensure that this Election Day goes off without a hitch. Can you please chip in to our Voter Protection Fund to help us combat any whisper of voter intimidation here in NY-11? [[link removed]]
