Friend -- In about an hour, I have a meeting with TJ to talk about our fundraising numbers ahead of tonight's FEC deadline.

Things are looking pretty good (phew!), but we're still about $4,255 short of our goal. Here's what I'm hoping to tell TJ today. I know he'd love to hear it:

It's pretty simple: Our race is going to be a tough one. But it's one we need to win if we're going to solidify our House majority.
