So much is at stake in this election. The future of our democracy, our economic security, and fundamental rights like reproductive freedom will all be decided on November 8.
That’s why it’s a serious problem that we’re facing unusually low voter turnout.
My team tells me that less than 20% of ballots have been returned. For comparison, we usually expect about 40% of ballots to be returned on the first day of voting.
We’re expanding our efforts in Pierce and Thurston counties to remind voters to return their ballots, but to do that we need to expand our budget. Will you send $10 immediately?

Listen, we can see that something is happening here in Washington. The race for U.S. Senate was just downgraded to “Toss Up”, and House races across the state are tightening in the final days of the election.
