President Biden's message on our democracy:
"We believe the vote in America is sacred. To be honored, not denied. Respected, not dismissed. Counted, not ignored. A vote is not a partisan tool to be counted when it helps your candidates and tossed aside when it doesn't."

Indivisibles,

In his speech to the nation last night, President Biden made it clear that
this election is about one question:

Will the candidate on your ballot accept the legitimate will of the
American people and of the people voting in their district?

Hundreds of Republican candidates have already answered “No” -- and
they’re running for Congress, secretary of state, governor, attorney
general, county recorder, and other positions of power. If they win on
Tuesday, these will be the people overseeing the 2024 election and
deciding whether or not your vote counts.

Over the last six years, we’ve seen that MAGA Republicans will stop at
nothing to dismantle our democracy. They use voter suppression laws and
voter intimidation to entrench their power. They fuel conspiracy theories,
knowing they result in political violence like the January 6th
insurrection and the attack on Speaker Pelosi’s husband.

As President Biden said last night, our democracy endures because just
enough of us, on just enough occasions, have chosen to defend it. 2020 was
one of those occasions -- this year must be as well.

This is the challenge of our lifetime, and the moment that movement was
made for.

Here’s what we’re asking Indivisibles everywhere to do, now through
Election Day:

 1. If you haven’t voted yet, make a plan to vote. Go to [ [link removed] ]iwillvote.com
to get all the information you need to cast your ballot, and share
with family and friends.
 2. Join a virtual phonebank. We have opportunities every day to make
calls to key voters in our Give No Ground races across the country.
[ [link removed] ]Register now to join us tonight on Zoom, or [ [link removed] ]click here to see
the full list of opportunities to call out the vote.
 3. Reach out to your neighbors. If you’re in one of our Give No Ground
races, [ [link removed] ]sign up for Neighbor2Neighbor, our new program to GOTV in
your community. Once you sign up, we will send you a list of up to 5
likely progressives near you, a short script with best practices, and
an optional printout to leave if they are not home. Then, you just
knock on your five neighbors' doors and remind them to vote by
Election Day, November 8.
 4. Record a video and inspire others to vote. Malicious actors are
pushing disinformation online to scare people from voting or trusting
the integrity of our elections. Meanwhile, Facebook blocked our ads
about the MAGA GOP’s attack on the election results. We need more
first-person stories and content from Indivisibles like you to counter
the disinfo and get our message out -- [ [link removed] ]click here use our platform
Soapboxx to record a quick video sharing your plan to vote and make
your closing argument on why voters should vote blue and defeat MAGA
mayhem on Tuesday.
 5. Donate $10 right now to fund our GOTV work and win up and down the
ballot. With millions of votes cast every day, we don’t have a second
to waste, and we need your help to see it through. [ [link removed] ]Chip in $10 now,
or whatever you can, so that we have all the resources need to make
our work possible.

We’ve done the impossible before, and we have just 5 days to do it again.
Thank you for giving it everything you’ve got.

In solidarity,
Indivisible Team
