Next Tuesday is Election Day, and frankly, I’m nervous.
Candidates are peddling the “Big Lie”, instances of voter intimidation
are being reported across the country, and poll workers are having to
be trained in de-escalation tactics. This is not how functioning democracies work.
We need to elect
leaders who will fight for our communities, serve with integrity, and
work to unite us. That’s what
the Forward Party had in mind when we endorsed cross-partisan
candidates throughout the country and up and down the ballot. We are
doing what we can to get the word out about these candidates and drive
voter turnout. We can’t fall short in these
efforts.
