TODAY, November 3rd is the deadline to apply for an Absentee Ballot returned
by hand. <[link removed]>



Your application must be received in-person by the Absentee Election Manager
by 5:00pm CT. <[link removed]>



Once completed, your Absentee Ballot must be returned to the Absentee Election
Manager no later than 5pm on Monday, November 7th.
