NORTH CAROLINA VOTER GUIDE
EARLY VOTING:
You can cast your vote early NOW. Early voting in North Carolina ends on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 3:00PM EDT.

VOTER REGISTRATION:
Individuals who are not registered to vote may register to vote and immediately vote in-person at the same site.

To register to vote, same-day registrants must attest to their eligibility and provide proof or residence. A voter attests to their eligibility by completing and signing the North Carolina voter registration application (available in English or Spanish). The voter must prove their residence by showing any of the following documents with their current name and address:
- North Carolina driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID
- A copy of a current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or other government document showing your name and address
- A current college or university photo identification card paired with proof of residence on the college campus
ELECTION DAY:
Polls will be open on Election Day, Tuesday, November 8, 2022 from 6:30AM – 7:30PM.
Individuals who would like to vote on Election Day are assigned a specific polling place. You can find your polling site by clicking this link, and selecting “Your Voting Locations”. This link also allows you to view a sample ballot once they are available to help you prepare to vote.
