Bigots aren't just saying the quiet part out loud anymore. They're shouting it from the rooftops - and turning their bigotry into campaign ads.
Just yesterday, the news broke that America First Legal is paying for 50 million dollars in radio ads in key swing states including Georgia, Texas and Nevada. And who's the founder of America First Legal? It's Stephen Miller, the Trump Senior Advisor who separated kids from their parents, authored the Muslim Ban and has way too many ties to white supremacist organizations. He's one of the biggest bigots around, and we have to push back. Add your name and tell Stephen Miller to stop attacking trans people in hateful ads!
The ads peddle all kinds of hateful rhetoric, even claiming President Biden is doing "gender experiments on children", spread fake stories about trans people and the transition process and warned that pro-equality leaders should keep their hands off "our kids".
Bigots like these have done their best to vilify LGBTQ people. Their words can't be dismissed: it has devastating real-world consequences. Bigots are getting bolder and bolder in their attacks, and more LGBTQ kids are suffering because of their hate. We're even seeing the consequences on the campaign trail! Our candidates are being called "groomers" and "pedophiles" and receiving death threats because they stand up for trans rights.
So tell Stephen Miller - take down these hateful ads and LEAVE trans kids out of your harmful advertising!
