Team — I’m going to make three asks of you right now, and they’re all really important, so here we go:
1. If you haven’t been able to chip in to our Get Out the Vote fundraising goal yet, please consider pitching in $5, $10, or whatever you can right now. With just five days left in the midterms, this is the last time we get to make sure we’re reaching as many undecided voters as possible.
2. (After you’ve made your personal plan to vote), take five minutes and reach out to a few friends or family members reminding them how to cast their ballots, too (especially if you know folks in Arizona, Nevada, Michigan, and Minnesota). Friend to friend outreach is such an important part of increasing voter turnout, and it only takes a few moments of your time. One conversation could make the difference in these critical races. Vote411.org and IWillVote.com are just two of many great resources to find and share voting information.
3. If you have an hour or two to spare, you can reach out to voters by partnering with groups in Arizona, Nevada, Michigan, or Minnesota — or connect with a campaign or organization near you to volunteer in-person.
That’s it — the clock is ticking on the midterms, and we don’t have a moment to waste.
Back to work — talk soon,
Amy
