Folks,
I’m going to explain why organizing in every corner of the district (including the reddest parts) is important below, but first I need to ask if you’ll chip in $25 to help us stay on track to meet our last fundraising goal before Election Day.
Too many people have lost faith in politics and government and I can understand why: it has been a bitterly divisive time in our country. That’s why we built this campaign on the pillars of love, hope, and empathy.
I’m running for Congress because I know in my bones that there is a better way forward for all of us and I know that people in WNC are ready to forge that path together. It starts with organizing across our district – every single part of it.
Showing up and listening makes a difference. Everywhere, including the places that other people might write off as “unwinnable.” It’s at the core of my work as an organizer and minister, and I couldn’t be more inspired to meet folks where they are and see how our values connect.
It’s the only way we’re going to defeat my extremist opponent Chuck Edwards and move forward with a politics that represents all of us.
This is our last fundraising goal before Election Day and we need all hands on deck in this final stretch to have a real shot at defeating Edwards. Can we count on you to chip in $25 or more today to help us meet our $50,000 Get Out the Vote goal?
