John, we’re down to the final six days of the election cycle, and we’re not exaggerating when we say that this election will be one of the most important of our lifetimes.
Here at Vote To Live, we’re committed to doing critical on-the-ground work to ensure that each and every voice is heard on November 8th. We’ve been fighting day in and day out since 2016 to ensure that every Black voter is registered and ready to vote. And now, we’re taking it one step further to help voters actually cast their ballot.
In 2022, the right to vote, especially for Black voters, is under greater attack than ever. We’re doing all that we can to fight back against these attacks, but we can’t do it alone. Will you join the fight to protect our democracy by donating $10 to Vote To Live and doing your part to sponsor rides to the polls for voters? »

If you don’t think that access to transportation has had a significant impact on the outcomes of our elections, think again. In 2016, 14% of nonvoters said that transportation was a “major factor” in their decision to stay home on Election Day. We refuse to let that happen again, John — not with so many critical issues on the ballot this year.
When you realize just how much every single vote counts, you can see just how important our work is here at Vote To Live. The 2020 election came down to less than 86,000 votes — which is less than one vote per precinct across the United States. We’re looking at even slimmer margins in 2022, meaning that the extent of our outreach could be the deciding factor in this year’s most crucial races.
We’re counting on YOU — yes, you, John — to help us make sure as many Black voters as possible have their voices heard at the polls this year. It costs about $27 to give someone a ride to the polls, and your support could be the tipping point in this election, helping ensure that one deciding vote gets cast. Please donate $10 today to make it happen:
Thank you,
The Vote To Live Campaign
If every Black person eligible to vote voted this year, we would see historic and winning outcomes for leaders committed to standing with our communities up and down the ballot.
We cannot be passive and have critical parts of our lives decided for us. How we eat, where we sleep, make our money, take care of our children and literally breathe depend on how we choose to fight for our lives at the ballot box.
That’s why we are launching the VOTE TO LIVE campaign. VOTE TO LIVE is our commitment to register as many eligible voters as possible: first-timers, young people, and folks who have been unknowingly purged. This is our fight to ensure folks are registered, ready and able to take back so much of what’s been deprived — this year and beyond.
