Subject: Digital fundraising numbers

Hey team —

I was just taking a look at our ActBlue numbers, and it looks like our fundraising has slowed down over the last few days — our average donation dropped by about 15% and fewer folks are pitching in to our fundraising emails.

I’m getting a little worried that we’re going to have to cut spending on our TV ads or shorten our GOTV plans if things don’t pick up soon, and I’d hate to have to do that with Election Day less than a week out. Is there any way you can reach out to our top supporters today and see if they could help us close the gap?

I know we’ve reached out a lot recently, but with Real Clear Politics calling us a toss-up and the Cook Political Report downgrading our race to "lean Democrat," we can’t afford to slow down right now.
