The dishonest and hate-fueled attacks ads against Jay are making national headlines. Last night, CNN’s Jake Tapper highlighted a TV ad currently being run against us by the National Republican Campaign Committee.

In the segment, Tapper calls it “perhaps the most dishonest campaign TV ad we’ve seen."

Let’s call these ads what they are – outright lies from Michelle Steel and the Republican Party. They’re so desperate, they’re willing to malign a Navy Intelligence Reserve Officer as a traitor to his own country.

These attacks are shameful, but the good news is many local voters aren’t falling for it. In fact, these ads are beginning to backfire on Steel – especially since she’s refusing ALL requests to attend in-person forums and debates even after these ads were launched.

We’re going to keep pushing back with ads of our own. Steel is maligning Jay with dishonest attacks. We’re exposing the facts about her record – her corruption, her record on reproductive rights, and her plans to gut Medicare and Social Security.
