We are days away from the most consequential midterm elections of our lifetime, and Republicans have picked up serious momentum in recent weeks. If we don’t push back hard in this final stretch, Democrats may lose their majority in the House.

That means an end to all the progress we’ve made on supporting working families, rebuilding our infrastructure, and investing in clean energy. That means rolling back the clock on reproductive rights, health care protections, and LGBTQ rights. That means weakening our elections to help insurrectionists and extremists capture our democracy.

There’s too much at stake to lose this fight, friends. We have to do everything we can to ensure Democrats hold the House, and the best way we can do that is by keeping this district blue. Dark money from Republican aligned special interest groups has been flooding Wisconsin’s 3rd in support of my extremist opponent Derrick Van Orden, a far-right insurrectionist who was at the Capitol on January 6th. If they succeed in flipping this district, he and his ultra-MAGA colleagues will seek to push their anti-democracy agenda through Congress.
