ASBN has partnered with Social Economy Europe (SEE) to create a joint press release to congratulate the United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD) on the benchmark announcement of the Sustainable Development Performance Indicators (SPDIs) manual as “Alternative ESG."
Joining forces, ASBN, SEE and UNRISD are launching “Own The Metrics," a global Social and Solidarity Economy campaign. “Own the Metrics” will “ensure that SDPI-Alternative ESG is omnipresent and helps drive all national, regional, multinational and international global forums rules-making focusing on how sustainability indicators” formulate and benchmark Human and Social Capital asset metrics. This is about those doing, innovating and proving the work owning a proportionally equal seat at the rules-making tables.
