Friend, I have an urgent update about the Senate race in Ohio. 

Democrats have a great candidate in Tim Ryan. He's mobilizing support across the state and running a fantastic campaign. Polls are neck and neck, and Tim is garnering a lot more grassroots support than his hyperconservative, billionaire-backed opponent, J.D. Vance.

GOP megadonors are getting so worried about losing this seat that they've already flooded Ohio with $40 million in dark money to blanket the state in attack ads. Tim needs our support now to stand up to this onslaught, so I told him I'd reach out to this team today and try to send $10,000 his way.

Democrats have a razor-thin majority in the Senate, and whether Mitch McConnell becomes majority leader again could come down to who wins in Ohio: Will you split a contribution of $5 or more between my campaign and Tim Ryan's to turn Ohio blue, defeat dark money and expand our Senate majority?

Throughout his long career in public service, Tim has worked tirelessly to tip the balance of power back to working people. He's fought to keep good jobs in the U.S., raise wages for workers and protect Social Security and Medicare from conservative attacks. We need him in the Senate to end the influence of dark money, which corrupts our politics, funds the GOP's sinister court capture operation and blocks long-overdue climate action.
