There are almost 380,000 affordable homes across California funded by the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC). While LIHTC provides a vague standard for evictions, these developments are exempt from many other tenants’ rights laws.

Join the Emerging Leaders Peer Network (ELPN) on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, 12:00PM - 1:00PM PT, for Tenants Rights in Affordable Housing – Where Things Stand and What Can Be Improved where panelists will discuss the current landscape for these tenants,  implications, and how to advocate to improve the experience of affordable housing tenants across California.
